About Our Hardwood Faced Plywood, Soft Sheathing, OSB, Marine Ply

We stock hardwood faced plywood, soft sheathing, OSB, and marine ply sheets at Joseph Parr Northants. Each of these sheet materials has a specific use case. This can be everything from structural framing and subfloor construction to moisture-resistant applications in wet areas and marine environments.

Our timber supplies are tailored to trade professionals and DIY customers. We have a large variety of thicknesses and sizes available for collection or delivery. 

All orders over £120 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery, with stocked items typically arriving within 2–3 working days.

 

Our Range of Sheathing, Plywood, and OSB Boards

Hardwood Faced Plywood

Our FSC-certified hardwood plywood sheets are available in multiple grades and thicknesses, including 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, and 25mm. These panels are used for both internal and external use. Choose from Class 2 or Class 3 ratings depending on moisture exposure. Sizes typically include full 2440 x 1220mm plywood sheets.

Soft Sheating Plywood

Sheathing ply is a staple for internal work like wall linings and partitioning. We stock both full-size and pre-cut sheathing plywood in 9.5mm, 12mm, and 18mm thicknesses.

All panels are responsibly sourced and meet UK standards for legal and sustainable supply. 

Marine Plywood

Marine plywood is ideal for consistently wet environments that require moisture resistance. These sheets conform to BS EN 636-3 and BS1088-1:2003, making them perfect for wet rooms, boats, trailer beds, and exposed outdoor joinery. 

We stock 9mm marine plywood, 12mm marine plywood, 18mm marine plywood, and everything in between. 

Oriented Strand Board (OSB)

OSB3 is popular for flooring, roofing, and general load-bearing work. BBA approved and moisture-resistant, it performs well in most situations. 

We stock 9mm OSB, all the way up to 18mm OSB, along with tongue-and-groove OSB for easier installs. We also host OSB loft panels in packs for attic boarding. 

Manufactured from recycled materials and fully recyclable at end of life, OSB3 is a sustainable choice.
