Returns & Refunds Policy

At Joseph Parr Northants, we aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains your rights under UK consumer law and outlines how to return goods, request a refund, or report faulty items.


 

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Customers Only)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without needing to give a reason.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Goods must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Customised or made-to-order items, as well as perishable goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.

The customer is responsible for return postage on unwanted items.

 


 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Evidence such as photos may be required to support your claim.

Returns Process

To return any item, please follow these steps:

Order number

Reason for return

Supporting evidence (if applicable)

Follow packaging guidelines:

Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Original packaging should be used where possible.

Send items to the appropriate return address (see below).

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

A partial refund may be issued if goods are returned incomplete, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition.

 


 

Business (B2B) Sales

If you are purchasing as a business, the following terms apply:

No automatic right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period.

Returns and cancellations are subject to our sole discretion.

Restocking fees and admin charges may apply for accepted returns.

Special-order or custom-made goods cannot be cancelled or returned.

Any changes to an order may incur additional costs and impact delivery timelines.
